Intermediate Greek Grammar I
3.0 Credit Hours
A further study of Greek grammar with an emphasis on the relationship of words within sentences. Selected New Testament passages are translated and exegeted. Pre-requisite: BI 216.3 or equivalent.

Intermediate Greek Grammar II
3.0 Credit Hours
A further study of Greek grammar with an emphasis on the relationship of words within sentences. Selected New Testament passages are translated and exegeted. Pre-requisite: BI 216.3 or equivalent.
BI 401.2
Romans
2.0 Credit Hours
A systematic exposition of this doctrinal epistle, emphasizing Christ’s completed work for the sinner and saint, as well as its practical application in the life of the believer. Pre-requisite: BI 206.3 or equivalent.
BI 403.3
Daniel and Revelation
3.0 Credit Hours
An analysis of these books outlining the main peaks of Biblical prophecy observed from the dispensational, pretribulational, premillennial position. The prophetic unity and the distinctives of Israel and the church are noted.
BI 406.2
Apologetics
2.0 Credit Hours
A defense of historical Christianity as stated in the Scriptures. Christianity is defended against various “-isms” that have been its enemies, and these false views are refuted from the Bible. Among those systems studied are evolution, atheism, and humanism.

Theology Proper
2.0 Credit Hours
An in-depth study of the nature, attributes, and names of God; the existence of God; antitheistic systems; the Trinity; and the decrees and works of God. Pre-requisite: BI 213.3 or equivalent.
BI 408.2
Ecclesiology
2.0 Credit Hours
A study of the Biblical doctrine of the church from the dispensational Baptist viewpoint. Attention is given to the local church: its functions, organization, officers, and government. Pre-requisite: BI 214.3 or equivalent.
BI 409.2
Pneumatology
2.0 Credit Hours
A systematic study of the person and work of the Holy Spirit. Attention is given to the fullness of the Holy Spirit, spiritual gifts, and the work of the Holy Spirit today. Pre-requisite: BI 213.3 or equivalent.
BI 411.2
Cults
2.0 Credit Hours
An elective study of heretical groups that consider themselves “Christian” while denying certain cardinal doctrines of the faith. Their distinctive views will be noted and refuted from Scripture. Cults to be considered include Mormonism, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Seventh-day Adventism, Christian Science, and others.

Eschatology

An in-depth study of future events from a dispensational, premillennial, pretribulational position. Pre-requisite: BI 214.3 or equivalent.
