TOUR OF ISRAEL, MAY 2026
Ambassador Baptist College will be joining Shalom Ministries to host a tour of Israel on May 17-29, 2026. One of the most exciting ways to enhance your study of the Bible is to visit the Holy Land. This trip is open to current students and staff, alumni, friends of Ambassador Baptist College, and like-minded Christians who want grow in knowledge and faith.

Day 1

Arrival in Israel, Jaffa
Learn about Simon the Tanner, Peter, and the prophet Jonah.
Day 2

Caesarea, Mt. Carmel, Megiddo, Nazareth Village
Be introduced to Herod Agrippa by the beautiful city of Caesarea. Remember the prophet Elijah and view the future site of Armageddon.
Day 3

Jesus’ Boat, Galilee Boat Ride, Arbel Cliffs, Migdal, Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitudes, Peter’s Primacy, Tabkha
Experience the Sea of Galilee and learn about Jesus’ ministry in Galilee.
Day 4

Tel Dan, Caesarea Philippi, Gowan Heights, Kursi
See the oldest city gate in the world at 4000 years old and the site of the Gates of Hell mentioned by Jesus.
Day 5

Mt. Gilboa, Harod’s Spring, Beit Shean, Kaser al Yahud, Qumran, Wadi Qelt, Jerusalem – Mt. Scopus View
Visit the spring where Gideon chose his 300 men. Also learn about the influence of the Roman Empire on Israel at Beit Shean. On this special day, you will see Jerusalem for the first time.
Day 6

Biblical Gardens at Yad Hashmona, Sorek/Valley/Beth Shemesh, Road to Emmaus, Avalon Valley, Elah Valley, Herodium
Learn Biblical customs at Yad Hashmona, review the life of Samson at the Sorek Valley, and walk on the Road to Emmaus.
Day 7

Knesset, Second Temple Model, Shrine of the Book, Yad Vashem
Learn about the modern government of Israel while remembering the past of the glorious temple era and the Holocaust.
Day 8

Ein Gedi, Masada, Beer Sheva
See where David fled from Saul while learning Jewish history and a site of significance dating back to Abraham.
Day 9

Temple Mount, Pool of Bethesda, City of David, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, Pool of Siloam, New Drainage Tunnel, Southern Steps/Davidson Center
This exciting day in Jerusalem includes a visit to the Temple Mount and and other special sites in the Holy City.
Day 10

Emeq Tsurim, Temple Institute, Jewish Quarter, Western Wall, Western Wall Tunnel, Antonia Fortress, Lithostratos, Church of the Holy Sepulchre
Touch a piece of the Temple at the Western Wall, visit underground Jerusalem at the Western Wall Tunnel, and learn about preparations for the next Temple at the Temple Institute.
Day 11

Mt. of Olives, Dominus Flevit, Garden of Gethsemane, Caiaphas’ House, David’s Tomb, Upper Room, Shepherds’ Fields, Garden Tomb
Conclude the tour with the climax of the path to Calvary and the empty tomb!
