COMMENCEMENT WEEK 2026

The end of the 2025-26 school year is almost here! Commencement week is filled with several exciting events and culminates with the eventual goal of students – Commencement. Please pray for the week’s activities and the Class of 2026.
Alumni Days – May 4-5
Two graduates will be preaching in chapel as we start the week. Pastor Jon Bickel will be preaching on May 4 and is the pastor of Community Baptist Church in Bridgeport, CT and is a member of the Class of 2002. Assistant Pastor Wesley Carnes, also a member of the Class of 2002 serves at Platte Valley Baptist Church in Fort Morgan, CO and will be preaching on May 5th. These chapel services begin at 10 am.
Alumni Reconnect Dinner – May 5
Local alumni will gather in the Love Dining Common at 6 pm for food and fellowship. This event is free and will feature smoked brisket. We ask alumni to RSVP by emailing kconley@ambassadors.edu. Children are welcome to come.
Student Body Chapel – May 6 at 10 am
Everyone will gather in the Torrey Auditorium at 10 am for a time of skits and fun to provide a laugh or two in the midst of final exams.
Student Preaching Chapel – May 7 at 10 am
Nathanael Bonnell from Cashmere, WV, and Luke Rodgers of Columbus, NC, will be preaching to the student body. Both of these men are part of the Class of 2026.
Commencement Concert – May 7 at 7 pm
The College Chorale and other music groups will present a special program of music in the Torrey Auditorium. The first half of the concert will feature songs about spiritual freedom. The last half will conclude with some patriotic favorites as America prepares to celebrate her 250th birthday. The concert will be livestreamed at ambassadors.edu, Facebook, and Sermon Audio.
Baccalaureate Chapel – May 8 at 10 am
The student body will gather together for one last chapel message. Scholarship awards will be presented, and student testimonies will be given.
Commencement – May 8 at 7 pm
The Class of 2026 will receive their degrees and certificates as the 2025-26 school year comes to a close. After the presentation of awards, scholarships, and degrees, Evangelist Paul Schwanke will bring a Gospel message.
