The annual missions conference is a highlight of the school year at ABC. On October 30 through November 3, more than 30 mission organizations will be on campus to recruit students and to promote the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
This year’s theme is Laborers for the Harvest taken from Matthew 9:38. God’s people need to be praying more than ever that more preachers and Christian workers will enter the ministry.
The conference will feature the preaching of Dr. David Snyder, the President and General Director of BIMI in Chattanooga, TN. His years of ministry in Alaska and the Far North prepared him for the responsibilities of leading the mission and serving missionaries and local churches around the world.
In addition to the 9:50 am chapel services, students will attend Missions Prayer Band Services on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights to hear presentations and to fellowship with the mission agency representatives.
The week will conclude with a banquet on Friday night in the Levin Activity Center at 5:30 pm. The featured continent for the menu is Africa. After the meal, the students will hear from some of our graduates who are currently on the field.
