In Memory of Judy Love

Our college family was saddened by the passing of Mrs. Judy Love on April 25th. When she first came to ABC, she served as the college librarian. Later, she taught speech and English. A memorial service was held for her in the Torrey Auditorium on April 30th. 

During her memorial service, students gave testimonies of Mrs. Love’s special care and concern for them. The college also presented Dr. Bruce Love with the first copy of the Landmark yearbook. Months prior, it was decided to dedicate the yearbook to the Loves for their service at ABC. The service honored the Lord and reminded everyone of the importance to live your life to the fullest for Christ.

Prior to coming to ABC, Mrs. Love served as a pastor’s wife for forty-four years in five different churches. During that time, she worked to establish four Christian schools, taught Sunday school, offered counseling, served in ladies’ ministries, music ministry, and worked as the church bookkeeper. 

Mrs. Love is greatly missed, and we hope that many will pray for her husband as he continues his teaching ministry at ABC.
