Opening Days of the 2025-26 College Year

Every year, we welcome students to our campus for another year of spiritual challenge and preparation. To prepare, we host a series of events leading up to the start of the new year. Here is a glimpse of what the opening days look like for us.

Orientation for Parents of New Students – Friday, August 22

After the new students arrive on campus, parents will have the opportunity to sit down with the President, Academic Dean, Finance Manager, and Dean of Students to learn about different aspects of college life. 

Meet and Greet Cookout – Tuesday, August 26

At 5 p.m., the college will host a cookout where area pastors and their families will spend time with our students to introduce themselves. Then, the students will have six weeks to prayerfully choose a local church to attend for the year. 

Opening Chapels – Wednesday and Thursday, August 27-28

Evangelist Glenn Stevenson (an ABC graduate) will be bringing the opening chapel messages for the school year. 

League Draft – Friday, August 29

The Knights, Patriots, and Watchmen will welcome the new students into their ranks. Freshmen will be drafted into one of these student fellowship groups at this high-energy event. Throughout the school year, these teams will battle in softball, basketball, volleyball, and other special events.
